Seth Goodrich

Seth hails from Salisbury, Vermont, and played high school hockey for Salisbury for two seasons and then Trinity-Pawling his junior and senior year. After a postgraduate season with the Green Mountain Glades in the EJHL, Seth attended St. Anselm College where he played four years of varsity hockey and was named captain both his junior and senior years.

Most recently Seth has worked as coach and skills instructor for the North Shore Vipers. During his tenure as program director the Vipers emerged as a perennial Tier I contender at the state and national level. Seth directed and coached teams to a Mass State Championship and most recently, a USA Hockey National Championship. Seth is also the founder of Goodrich Hockey School and NA Elite Hockey where he has trained and developed over 40 NCAA Division I and III players and commits, including 6 Hockey East and ECAC commits this season.

Scott Pellerin

Scott played his collegiate hockey at the University of Maine. In his senior year (1991-92), he was the Hobey Baker award winner. Post graduation, Scott continued his career at the professional level by playing 12 years in the NHL / AHL. After his playing career, Scott coached at the AHL level for 8 seasons. Currently, he is the Associate Director of Hockey Development for the Montreal Canadiens.

Peter Metcalf

Peter Metcalf brings a wealth of experience, leadership, and championship pedigree to the game of hockey. With over 15 years of coaching experience, Peter has coached at all youth levels, from U-8 to U-19, transitioning from boys’ hockey to the girls' game. Most recently, he guided the U-14 Tier 1 Assabet Valley team to the National Championship game as head coach.

His coaching philosophy focuses on teaching the fundamentals, enhancing hockey IQ, and cultivating a winning culture. Whether developing young players or mentoring seasoned athletes, Peter’s leadership and expertise provide valuable insights into what it takes to succeed at the highest levels of hockey.

Before embarking on his coaching career, Peter enjoyed a distinguished playing career. After graduating from Cushing Academy, he became a 1999 NCAA National Champion with the University of Maine Black Bears. In the 2001-02 season, he was named team captain, leading Maine to another National Championship appearance and earning All-American honors.

Peter went on to sign with the Boston Bruins and spent the majority of his professional career in the AHL and ECHL. He won two ECHL Kelly Cup Championships—first with the Atlantic City Boardwalk Bullies in 2002, then with the Alaska Aces in 2006. His playing success earned him inductions into both the University of Maine Athletics Hall of Fame and the Alaska Aces Hall of Fame.
